Our Lake Buena Vista Hotel Policies

Hotel ploicy states that a valid credit card must be available for your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.  The day of your arrival, 1 night room and tax plus $100 incidental fee (by credit card) or 1 night room and tax plus $300 incidental fee (by cash) will be provided to ensure payment will be received.  If guest incidental charges surpass $75.00 the hotel will authorize addititional funds in increments of $50.00 as needed to cover the currect folio balance.   If at this time, your card declines, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your entire reservation.

All guests will now pay $5.00 for each package delivered to Lake Eve Resort. Packages are available for pick-up daily from 9am till 5pm. Guest are responsible for package pick-ups. The hotel will not call, email or deliver the packages to the guests rooms. Lake Eve Resort is not liable for loss or damage to the package as a result of fire, theft, ordinary or gross negligence, or otherwise, unless a package is lost after receipt at the hotel, in which case such liability shall be limited to the lesser of $100 or the liability of the carrier delivering the package. Packages not picked up 90 days after the booked reservation stay dates will be forfeited, unless guest communicates other instructions to the hotel.
